Established in the mid-1980’s by Bo Hagler. Based in Duluth, GA, FBO Systems (FBOS) was started as a company that provided software and industry expertise to help asset intensive companies better manage their internal assets. The software helps companies manage maintenance, engineering, capital projects, parts inventory, and purchasing. Their solutions included both software and domain expertise services.

FBOS had a partnership with QAD since 1994. On November 6, 2006, QAD spent $4M in cash to acquire FBOS.
